A Nobel Fedrigoni
The cover of the book that won its author the Nobel prize for literature, The Land of Green Plums
Herta Muller, a German author who was born in Romania, earned her reputation with the public at large for writing several novels about living conditions in Romania under Nicolae Ceauşescu’s dictatorship. But it is The Land of Green Plums that has now won her the award most coveted by every novelist: the Nobel Prize for Literature.
The novel’s Italian edition was brought out by Keller, a small publisher based in Rovereto, who chose to print it on two Fedrigoni papers: Arcoprint Edizioni 1.3 for the internal text and Nettuno Bianco Artico for the cover.
