On 27 August 2010, the Piazza San Marco Gallery is inaugurating an exhibition dedicated to Japanese graphic design for advertising. Curated by Rossella Menegazzo, the exhibition features one hundred posters created by leading designers and new talents on the Japanese design scene, who were selected by the two great Japanese maestros Kazumasa Nagai and Shin Matsunaga. Signs, colours, lines and characters highlight a diversified range of styles and trends, opening our European horizons to a scenario where ancient traditions blend with visions of the future.
